The Junior High students have chapel on the first Friday of every month. Pastor Danny, the amazing youth pastor from Bethel Assembly of God, preaches at chapel. In addition to the devotions each month, we also play a couple of games and watch funny videos.

    There is one game we call the curtain game. Two teachers hold up a curtain and one boy and one girl sit on opposite sides of the curtain. When the curtain is dropped, the two people try to say the first and last name of the person on the other side of the curtain. Whoever says the other person's name first is declared the winner. We also have competitions between the boys and the girls to see who can win more games to get more points. Whoever wins at the end of the year wins a pizza party! Right now, the girls are way ahead of the boys. The boys have only won one game, but the girls have won all of the rest. After all the fun and interesting games, Pastor Danny teaches us life lessons from the Bible. This month's lesson was about loving your neighbor as yourself.
